TruHealth was formed in 1993, in Sunnyvale, California, with the goal of providing the highest quality information and products, allowing people to educate themselves about all alternatives available to make the best choices for their healthcare.

Learning more about this for your own body can give you insight into what might be causing 'dis-ease' in your body. TruHealth offers mental health counseling in conjunction with other therapeutic techniques to help give you insight and visibility to possible causes of pain/illness, both emotional and physical. We offer individual and group counseling, specializing in emotional abuse, grief/loss, and people with health challenges. We also offer tools to gently empower clients to achieve their health and life goals.

Our bodies communicate to us every day. Unfortunately many people ignore what their bodies are telling them by popping a pill. Oftentimes, ignoring these signs can make the condition worse down the road. At TruHealth it is our goal to help you get in touch with what your body is telling you. Learning what your body needs can help you feel better within your body and help you experience optimum health. TruHealth offers services to help you learn what is hidden within the tissues of the body and makes recommendations to other useful techniques.
