Ephredra alternative weight loss

Ephredra stimulates the adrenal glands to increase energy and "speed" metabolism. Most people can use ephedra without problems, however it can cause the heart to pound and the pulse to race and even cause some to shake a bit. That is because ephedra stimulates all receptor sites in the adrenals...it is called a non-selective stimulant.
