Mayonaise recipe
8 oz of tofu
1/4 c water
2 tsp sesame or olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp mirin (sweet rice cooking seasoning) or brown rice vinegar
1 Tbsp mellow white miso
optional sprinkle of dill, papricka or other favorite seasoning

Slice tofu and steam for just 3 minutes.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Best in food
processor or blender.
Keeps refridgerated for 2-3 days (if it separates, just re-blend).
