| 8 oz of tofu 1/4 c water 2 tsp sesame or olive oil 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 Tbsp mirin (sweet rice cooking seasoning) or brown rice vinegar 1 Tbsp mellow white miso optional sprinkle of dill, papricka or other favorite seasoning Slice tofu and steam for just 3 minutes. |
