Antioxidant Oxy Stress
This tests for the amount of free radical activity in the body. Helpful to see how well you are eating, how effective your supplements are, or how stressed you are. It is best if no supplements are taken for 24 hours before this test.

Blood Work Analysis                       

Evaluation of your blood test is the most effective way to address your health concerns. By looking at the blood from a physiological standpoint, we can understand how your glands and organs produce the necessary items for normal body function.  The blood test measures elements to derive gland and organ chemical output and we work on how to balance this. Body Gem Reading
Learn how many calories your body burns in a day at rest. Then use this information to lose weight in a healthy manner and achieve a basic lifestyle change. This is also helpful for pregnant women to eat the correct amount of food and helping people gain weight when necessary as well. If you know how many calories your body burns –you can make better food choices with that knowledge resulting in your optimum weight.

Learn your Resting Metabolic rate (how many calories your body burns in a day at rest). This is extremely helpful when trying to lose weight in a healthy manner and achieve a basic lifestyle change.  Approx. Time 1/2 hour for first reading.  15 minutes for follow-up readings.

Hair Analysis
Hair tissue mineral analysis, is an analytical test which measures the mineral content of the hair. Testing is performed using highly sophisticated equipment and methods to achieve the most accurate and precise results. Hair analysis allows you to see what good minerals you body is sufficient or deficient in, including trace minerals. It also shows what bad minerals you may be exposed to that sometimes cause underlying health issues. Hair is used as one of the tissues by choice by the EPA in determining toxic metal exposure.

Iridology
An analysis of the iris, Iridology has been used since 1861, and lets us see the condition of specific weaknesses and strengths of tissues in the body. Reading includes an explanation of iridology and the basics of reading your own eyes.  1/2 hour

Kinesiology (Muscle Testing)
Using Kinesiology, we are able to pick up energy like fine, radio wave-like signal from your body, either positively or negatively, similiar to what a liedetector test would show. Your body responds by creating its own herbal guidelines, by priority, to support wellness. We follow that priority until your body changes it. We also work with you to help you hear and feel these messages your body is sending. Time at your request.

Especially good for eliminating headaches, Reiki balances your energy through a hands-on healing technique. Feel better with new found energy.  Time at your request.

Yuen Method

The Yuen Method techniques are the cutting edge of non-traditional health care.  These techniques require no physical contact, yet they can offer amazing and often instant relief from pain, illness, emotional issues, and much more all without expensive equipment, drugs, therapy, surgery or nutritional supplements. Times vary for complete results from 2-10 hours depending on the issue - just like peeling back an onion, you can uncover your causes for illness and release them - all in a matter of an hour or so.
