There is no magic bullet for allopathic or natural medicine - wellness is all dependent on the uniqueness of each person. Discovering causes to each persons' health issues is achievable when taking physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects into consideration. At TruHealth, we assist you in uncovering possible core issues and/or recommending other resources or services (chiropractic, massage, foot zone therapy, etc., or allopathic services when necessary). Every service is another option, a possible tool to assist you towards your optimum health. Some tools may work better than others for you based on the issue needing to be addressed. Like putting a puzzle together, each piece of information; either a symptom, a specific number from a test or a persons' ancestral history, are clues to empower you to make the right choices for your health. We understand that these concepts can be a new way of thinking for some and we are here to assist them where they need help with as much (or as little) guidance as required.

We know that everyone has a unique story that has allowed them to be where they are today with their health. Each person also has distinctive gifts and skills. Incorporating these strengths and knowledge with wellness concepts helps each individual to achieve their health goals successfully in their own way. Muscle Testing/Kinesiology

There are different kinds of knowledge. We have learned to trust intellectual knowledge, but there is intuitive knowledge that is valid also. MRT (muscle response testing) belongs to that latter kind. It may be used to show how the body is aware of its own environment and changes that take place in it. MRT is drawn from a parent science known as 'applied kinesiology' (muscle testing as an indicator of body condition). MRT brings a simplified and useful variation of this technique to health-conscious people so that they can provide themselves with nutritional guidance and also relate to their physicians in a more meaningful way. The Muscle Response Test is an indicator, a simple workable gauge, that will give you a reading on your body's inner functioning.

Iridology

Iridology is the study of the iris, or colored part, of the eye. This structure has detailed fibers and pigmentation that reflects information about our physical and psychological makeup. It identifies inherited dispositions (how our body reacts to our environment and what symptoms to expect), and future challenges (where we are likely to have more problems as we age). It also helps identify inherited emotional patterns, which can create or maintain physical symptoms, as well as identify lessons or challenges and gifts or talents available to us. Kasara was fortunate to have taken classes from the American father of iridology, Dr. Bernard Jensen and Lawanda Stauffer.

When your body's adrenal glands produce an oversupply of cortisol and DHEA-S, those extra hormone levels can suppress reproduction and some immune functions. Hair Analysis

We do Hair Analysis! Our Hair Analysis is done by Trace Elements, Inc. Hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA), is an analytical test which measures the mineral content of the hair. The sampled hair, obtained by cutting the first inch and one-half of growth closest to the scalp at the nape of the neck, is prepared in a licensed clinical laboratory through a series of chemical and high temperature digestive procedures.
