SPRING Salad

Ingredients:

1 head of Red lettuce (rinsed, spun, chopped)

2-3 handfuls of Arugula

2-3 Green onions – chopped

½ small head of Radicchio – chopped

½ large red pepper, chopped

Handful of sliced olives

Grated parmesan cheese or alternative (Vio-life parmesan is good)

Instructions: 

Mix ingredients together and add your favorite dressing or Bragg’s dressings are made with olive oil which is a good choice. Avoid dressings with seed oils (such as soybean, canola, safflower, etc.)
