Restful & Relaxing Tea

Relaxing at night before bed is easy with this wonderful and relaxing tea. Keep the ingredients on hand so you can prepare easily after a stressful day to help your body relax and get a good nights sleep.

Ingredients:

1 small fresh Lemongrass stick

Slice of fresh orange

Splash/sprinkle of dried or a petal or two of fresh Sage

A few dried/fresh flowers (inflorescence) of lavender

A few dried/fresh chamomile flowers – or you could use a teabag of your favorite chamomile tea

Directions:

Put all items into a tea pot or cup and add boiling water. Steep to your desired brew level.
